Civil Network OPORA has been realizing a local election observation campaign. 1,500 observers are deployed to election precincts on 25 October Election Day. OPORA promptly prepares news and covers the Election Day in each oblast of Ukraine. You can find more news in section Regional news of the organization's website. 4 fake observers allegedly representing OPORA were registered at four election precincts in Zhytomyr. These persons came with certificates stating "Civil Network OPORA" or "OPORA Network", stayed for 4 hours at precincts and then left. None of them is an official observer from OPORA.

OPORA's observer in Brovary (Kyiv oblast) noticed that ballots at the polling station were numbered. Additional marks were noticed on ballots and control coupons in election of Brovary mayor and members of city council. Additional numbering on ballots is prohibited.

Kropyvnytskyi Raion Territorial Election Commission has dismissed the entire Velykoseverynivka Village Territorial Election Commission and formed a new one.

The chairman of a PEC in Mykolaiv did not come to the morning meeting on October 25. She came to the commission only for a few minutes at 12:25 PM and left again.

Member of a PEC in Zaporizhia left the polling station while on duty because she had conflicts with other members of the commission.

 Polling station in a local school of Karolino-Bugaz (Odesa oblast) received two additional booths for secret ballot right during the voting. There were four booths in the polling station in the morning. However, it was decided during the day that four is not enough and, following initiative of a candidate, two more booths were made right in the school lobby, using curtains.

In Bila Tserkva, citizens wearing clothes with the symbols and the name of the Ridne Misto NGO, which is consonant with the name of the Ridne Misto political party stood at entrances to the polling stations. The latter is currently on the ballot and registered by the Bila Tserkva TEC. Volunteers of the organization gave out free medical masks near entrances to polling stations.

Residents of Chernivtsi received calls from a bot on the Election Day, which spoke on behalf of mayoral candidate Vitalii Druhanovskyi representing the Servant of the People suggesting they go and vote.

Voters in Kyiv also received calls from allegedly reception of candidate Hanna Ishchenko, wondering if they had voted and invited to participate in the vote, if not. It should be noted that Hanna Ishchenko is running in TED #8 (Pechersk district) from the Servant of the People political party.

In general, OPORA's observers give a positive assessment of preparatory meetings and start of the vote, but noted some procedural issues and organizational difficulties in the work of precinct election commissions.
