- Errors in the ballots discovered on the Election Day
When polls opened in the town of Novhorodka, Donetsk oblast, it turned out that there were errors in ballots at 3 of 4 existing districts. The errors were noticed by candidate to local council, who hasn't found his name on the list. Having consumed with the CEC, Novhorod TEC continues working and holding the vote. Commission Head gave a comment to OPORA, stating that the TEC is planning to sue the typography that printed the ballots.
In the city of Kropyvnytskyi, two commissions found that the list of candidates for members of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council in the ballot is incorrect. The number of precinct and district are correctly indicated in the top corner of ballots. However, candidates to Kropyvnytskyi City Council from district #5 were placed instead of candidates from district #6 on ballot papers. Voting at polling stations continues. The Kropyvnytskyi City TEC has passed a resolution deciding that the ballots would not be reprinted.
- Violations in the work of commissions (issuance without a passport, non-compliance with anti-epidemic requirements)
Members of an election commission in Lviv issue ballots to voters, without specifying any information in counterfoils. In particular, there is no number of a voter in the voter list, voter signature, and signature of election commission member.
Besides that, OPORA's observers in Lviv noticed some commission members working without face masks, and five PECs do not have booth for voters with fever.

Thus, voters in the village of Drotyntsi (Berehove raion) vote in line at the voting booths. According to OPORA's observer, only 3 voting booths were placed at the polling station. As a result, there are queues near them.
