This episode is dedicated to voter turnout, realization of voting rights for various citizen groups, temporary change of voting location, and voting at overseas precincts. We will also talk about a special precinct at Ukrainian Akademik Vernadsky Station in Antarctica. The following experts were invited: Civil Network OPORA's Analyst Oleksandr Kliuzhev, Deputy Head of the CEC in 2007-2018 Andrii Mahera, and journalist from Luhansk oblast Yevhen Spirin.
