The global security system that prevailed in Europe after the Second World War and was destroyed by Russia's military aggression against Ukraine is facing new global challenges. And the international condemnation of war crimes and the inevitability of punishment for them is one of the critical elements on which the structure of world security will have to be rebuilt. Сivil Network OPORA invites the conference participants to discuss the format of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine.
