TV program Dear Deputies is a joint project of the OPORA, Hromadske TV, and the First National TV Channel, the First National TV channel and USAID's project the RADA. This weekly program provides the audience information about activities and inaction of MPs, their salaries, offices, internal matters, soviet spirit of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and international experience of parliamentarism. This program is goaled to explain complicated things in a comprehensible way and make people smile if there is a reason.

The tenth series of the program that was broadcasted on 23 March covered:

- How the VRU Committee on Economic Policy has managed to support the bill #2273 on joint-stock companies from the sixth attempt, and returned the government the right to call meetings of shareholders and distribute dividends of the Ukrnafta and the Ukrtransnafta.

MP Vitalii Barvinenko (the Revival group) has registered a draft bill, which repeals Parliament's decision on the bill #2273 and can return a number of enterprises, particularly the Ukrnafta and the Ukrtransnafta, under authority of the structures related to Ihor Kolomoiskyi. Vitalii Barvinenko is now in the Revival group, headed by MP Vitalii Khomutynnyk. By the way, Khomutynnyk was together with Ihor Kolomoiskyi near the Ukrtransnafta on the night when Governor of the Dnipropetrovsk OSA came with armed people to the state enterprise. When a journalist of the Radio Svoboda Serhii Andrushko asked "what is the Governor doing near the Ukrtransnafta at night?", he heard only swearing.

- The rubric "How do they do?" is about the way parties' financial independence of oligarchs is secured in Georgia, Poland, and Germany.

- The rubric "Parliamentary mathematics" tells about an MP who votes "FOR" the most often, and an MP who usually doesn't participate in the voting.

It's interesting that Dmytro Dobkin (Opposition Block) was absent on 474 votings, hasn't prepared any bills, and hasn't taken the floor since the new Parliament was convened. Mykola Kadykalo (People's Front), for his part, has pushed the button "for" in 90.42% of votings.

It's worth to mention that MP Bohdan Dubnevych (Petro Poroshenko Block) became a hero in internet after he uploaded a video on his YouTube channel with pupils giving thanks to the MP for new windows. Dear Deputies asked the MP what he was thinking about when he was uploading the video.

- Finally, modern art in lobbies and author's view on the VRU of VIII convocation, in Bohdan Kutiepov's rubric "New Rada".
