As it's already known, election in five problematic districts were appointed for December 14, 2013 but the site of the Parliament provides another date – August 18.
Verkhovna Rada's site contains the latest information on the Draft Law on reelection of MPs of Ukraine in single-mandate election districts #94, 132, 194, 197, 223. Today, there is information on the last stage of its consideration: The bill was sent to the President for his signature (9/11/2013). You can download the law here. The text contains another date – August 18.
It's an obvious mistake, which wasn't timely corrected. Nevertheless, such mistakes are intolerable in draft law that is placed on the official web site of the VRU.
