PERSONAL DEMOCRACY FORUM UKRAINE is back!
This year the Forum will take place on March 3-4 in Kyiv. We wish we could gather everyone offline and exchange views during discussions while drinking coffee. However, the coronavirus pandemic still does not make it possible. Therefore, the event will be held in a mixed format - guests and some speakers will join online, the rest will speak from the studio in Kyiv.
The cross-cutting theme of the PDF UA 2022 will be the ELECTIONS:
- Why do we vote one way or another and what is behind our decisions?
- Electoral technologies of the future: What will be the vote in the near and distant future?
- Objectivity in the electoral process in the "Internet era": How to resist electoral disinformation and at the same time develop space for free public debate?
- Issues of monitoring the electoral process: How can civil control organizations adapt their observation methodologies in times of digitalization and what changes are needed in electoral legislation?
PERSONAL DEMOCRACY FORUM – 2022 will be held in a hybrid format.
PDF.UA plans to gather more than 20 speakers and more than 200 participants from Ukraine and abroad.

Еhis will be the sixth forum in Ukraine, licensed by the American organization Personal Democracy Media LLC, which launched the PDF tradition in 2004..
