Today, on August, 1st the Admission boards of the universities released the first rating lists of the graduates recommended for assignment to the state budget places. We remind that according to the Terms of university admission in Ukraine for 2011, the recommendation for nomination for state budget places is performed in three stages – during the first, the sixth and the eighth day after the last day of gathering the applications – accordingly, on August 1,6 and 8.
The first stage of the nomination will last from August, 1 to 5. During these days the graduates who were recommended for nomination should file to the admission boards the originals of the documents. If they didn’t cope with this task in time, the Admission board excludes them from the rating list of the graduates recommended for studying for state budget costs.
The second stage of the nomination will last from August 6 to 7. The admission board cancels the previously sent recommendations for the graduates who didn’t file the originals of the documents on the first stage of the nomination (August 1-5) and forms new rating lists with the graduates who didn’t receive the recommendation before. The rating lists of the second stage are released on August, 6th.
The third stage of the nomination will last from August 8 to 9. The Admission board corrects the rating lists of the graduates recommended for the nomination into the state budget places during the second stage, cancels the previous recommendations for the graduates who didn’t file the originals of the documents and forms new rating lists with the graduates who didn’t receive the recommendation before. The rating lists of the second stage are released on August, 8th.
Rating lists are released on the information boards and websites of the universities with the total score of the graduates. The lists are updated in case of changes during the time of contest.
The recommendations for nomination of the graduates for the costs of private persons and legal entities are provided after the end of nomination to the state budget places, not later than August, 25th
