The graduates who had their ID information changed in between passing of the tests and passing of the documents to the university, mow have to get the proof of the testing certificate, as Kherson organization of the civil network “OPORA” claimed referring to the letter of the deputy minister of education to the deans of the universities.
The graduates can get the proof in Kyiv in the Ukrainian Centre for the Evaluation of Quality of Education (to prove the 2008-2009 certificates) or in the regional centers (2010-2011 certificates). It is required to handle the original of the passport and the document confirming the data change (i.e. the marriage lines). Before such procedure was adopted, the graduate could simply add these documents to the application in the admission committee.
The deadline of passing the documents for graduation is on July, 31st. For some specializations requiring the participation in the internal creative tests this term is shorter – up to July, 22nd.
As provided by the responsible secretary of the admission committee of one of Kherson universities, from July, 19th his colleagues have to call the graduates with changed personal data who have already passed the documents, and to announce that they can be passed in only after the confirmation of the testing certificates.
