The Central Election Commission has elected its senior executives at the first meeting held on October 4.

On October 4, Ukrainian Parliament has voted on the appointment of a new Central Election Commission. Each of 17 candidates, submitted by the President, was supported with more than 251 votes.

On September 14, the Servant of the People faction submitted 18 candidates for members of the Central Election Commission to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi.
