In the village of Kotianka of the electoral district 154, members of the PEC wanted to start the voting procedure 10 minutes before the statutory period.

Having come to work, seven election commission members of PEC #710238 in the district # 198 (the center – city Smila, Cherkassy oblast), have found out that they were replaced by other people, who are currently at the polling station

On 26 October, at the ceremonial opening of the refurbished Cheburashka Kindergarten in the village Romankivtsi (Sokyriany Raion), a priest blessed the candidate of the Party of Regions in the electoral district 204 Artem Semeniuk who attended the event, gave him an icon from Greece, and campaigned for the candidate.

Pensioners residing in Komsomolskyi Raion of the city of Kherson and Bilozerskyi Raion of Kherson Oblast informed the activists of the Civil Network OPORA that on 26 October, they received a document resembling a letter of Head of Department for Pension Fund in Kherson Oblast, deputy of Kherson City Council of the Party of Regions — Z. Lazarieva.  The document bears neither the Department's seal nor the signature of Ms Lazarieva, and is an example of smear.

In Volhynia, the parliamentary election has been held with gross violations of the election law. Candidates break campaigning rules, bribe voters, and use a university as a campaigning instrument.

On 25 October, representatives of the youth wing of the party in power — members of Young Regions NGO — were handing out discount cards in Rivne. In exchange for the discount, they wrote down personal details of citizens and encouraged them to support adult members of the Party of Regions at the parliamentary election.

In Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, during the registration of official observers, OPORA faced problems created by the representatives of DECs. Indeed, DECs No.88 and No.89, during the submission of documents for registration of official observers, required electronic submission of information, which is not stipulated by the law. In the case of no submission of information on a data storage device, they threatened to deny registration.

During the last week before the election, several independent online media of Mykolayiv and Kherson Oblasts suffered a strong DDoS attack. At the moment, such online newspapers of Mykolayiv as Nabat (Alarm), Korabelov.info, and Prestupnosti.NET either aren't responding to user requests or are working with frequent interruptions. In Kherson, Khersonska Pravda (Kherson Truth), Peak, and Kherson Online got into a similar situation.
