On polling station #321282 in Vasylkiv (Kyiv oblast), OPORA observers were confined to stay in a strictly defined part of polling station, what limits their right for observation.

At 4pm, the voter turnout on special elections of Vasylkiv Mayor (Kyiv oblast) was 25.49 %. According to the parallel turnout tabulation, conducted by OPORA observers, it is 23.59%. However, in Berehove city (Zakarpattia) the turnout is considerably higher.

At 12am, the voter turnout on special elections of Vasylkiv Mayor was 20.2%%. Such data was received by observers from the Territorial Election Commission.

On the PEC #321286 in Vasylkiv, an unknown with travel ticket in passport was illegally trying to receive ballot paper. According to OPORA's activist, a commission member wanted to give a ballot to a man, whose registration didn't correspond to those required for participation in special elections of Vasylkiv City Mayor. The police was called to the place of incident.

At 12am, the voter turnout on Vasylkiv Mayoral election is 12.55%. The Territorial Election Commission has provided these data to observers.

Civil Network OPORA informs that all polling stations in Vasylkiv (Kyiv oblast) and Berehovo (Zakarpattia oblast) were opened in time. Voting is held from 8am to 10pm on 18 polling stations in Vasylkiv and 13 polling stations in Berehovo.

On June 2, special elections of village, town and city heads are to be held. These elections were scheduled by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on March 21. Today, Civil Network OPORA is conducting civic observation and parallel vote tabulation during special elections of Vasylkiv (Kyiv oblast) and Berehove (Zakarpattia oblast) City Mayors. Civil Network OPORA is planning to actively inform mass media and the public about the course of elections in these cities.
