In the night from 15 to 16 December, OPORA observers have reported at least three incidents when members of precinct election commissions were rewriting their protocols in premises of district commission. After inaccuracies were noticed in the protocols, members of precinct commissions were correcting them right on the spot, with all the corresponding stamps. The widespread problem during repeated election on December 15 was unregulated attendance of irrelevant persons on polling stations, who had indirectly put commission members under the pressure. Such information was reported by representatives of the Civil Network OPORA during the press-conference titled "Elections in 5 districts: summary of the Election Day".

On December 16, at 9:30am, people who had been staying for the whole night near the DEC #132, have left. Olena Kabashna, Electoral Programs Coordinator of the Civil Network OPORA in Mykolaiv oblast, provided such information.

Head of the PEC #800965 (School #25), together with the Deputy Head, and Secretary of the precinct, have misappropriated the stamp and ballot papers from the PEC. They are staying in the DEC now. Simultaneously, people are waiting for signing of protocols in the PEC.

In Tatsenky village, in the PEC #321337, OPORA observers have noticed that ballot boxes are not sealed, what is contradictory to the current electoral legislation.

According to observers of Civil Network OPORA, the vote count in the PEC #800968 was nontransparent and chaotic. Every member of the PEC was counting ballot papers in his own way, what made impossible to control the process of counting votes for the certain candidates. Members of the PEC ignored all remarks of observers and continued counting ballot papers. Besides that, unauthorized individuals and MP candidate Vasyl Kovalchuk were present during the vote count.

OPORA’s observer from the PEC #320288 (Hlevakha village) reported that one of the PEC members tried to take 100 unused ballot papers away from the polling station. Observers called a police mobile group, who questioned witnesses of the incident. However, after that, the head of commission insisted and PEC members voted for a decree implying that OPORA’s observer should leave the PEC's meeting hall because of his “provocative activity”.
